Anitta will no longer be performing at Coachella 2025.
On Thursday, the Brazilian singer announced that she is stepping down from this year's festival lineup amid "unexpected personal reasons".
"I was really looking forward to being at Coachella this year, but due to unexpected personal reasons, I won't be able to perform," Anitta wrote on X. "I'm truly grateful to the festival for the invitation, their understanding, and continued support."
The favela funk star continued: "I hope to have the opportunity to join you all in the future and share that special moment together."
2025 would've marked Anitta's third appearance at the festival that takes place in the Colorado desert from 11 to 20 April.
Anitta, real name Larissa de Macedo Machado, rose to fame in 2013 after releasing her single Show das Poderosas.
Her next scheduled performance is at Baja Beach Fest in Rosarito, Mexico in early August.
The singer is set to release her Netflix documentary Larissa this month.
The Coachella 2025 lineup features Lady Gaga, Green Day, Post Malone, and Travis Scott as headliners, with other notable artists including Missy Elliott, Charli XCX and Megan Thee Stallion.
There's also a long list of Latino acts on the bill, including Anitta's Brazilian collaborator Alok, the Marias, Rawayana, and Mexican singer Ivan Cornejo.
