Rising star Ella Langley is set to make a splash at the 2025 Academy of Country Music (ACM) Awards.

On Thursday, officials announced the nominations for the 60th edition of the prizegiving, with the newcomer leading the pack with eight nominations.

Ella is in the running for Female Artist of the Year and New Female Artist of the Year. She also racked up six nominations for her song with Riley Green, You Look Like You Love Me, including Single of the Year.

Taking to her Instagram Stories to celebrate the exciting news, the 25-year-old posted a video of her screaming with the caption, "What is this life."

Closely following Ella in the race are Cody Johnson, Morgan Wallen, and Lainey Wilson, who each garnered seven nominations, respectively, while Chris Stapleton landed six.

Elsewhere, Old Dominion receives a nomination for Group of the Year, making this the tenth consecutive year they have been nominated in the category, while Brothers Osborne's nod for Duo of the Year marks their 18th ACM nomination.

Kacey Musgraves is up for three categories, including Female Artist of the Year.

However, Beyoncé was notably left off the list, despite collecting Best Country Album and Album of the Year for Cowboy Carter at the 2025 Grammy Awards in February.

The 2025 ACM Awards, hosted by Reba McEntire, will be held at the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas on 8 May.

The anniversary show is to celebrate six decades of country music and feature performances from the likes of Wilson, Blake Shelton, and Eric Church.
