The official launch party of
Music News Malta was held on Tuesday 8th July 2008 at Reflections Music Club at the beautiful Suncrest Hotel, Malta.
Marco Gandolfi (Music News UK editor), Godwin Debattista, (Music News Malta editor), and Sir Harry Cowell (PNC Music Group label boss) spoke in detail about the aims of the site.
A host of local celebrities including Ira Losco, Scream Daisy, Bitterside, The Myths, Julie Pomorski, Ben, Sophie, Spookey Monkey and Chasing Pandora witnessed the launch.
Malta hosts so many artists which aspire to International recognition. The launch heralds a new chapter for Maltese talent where a potential 2 million visitors per month can browse Maltese artist news stories, listen to local music, read reviews and log onto the artists / musicians websites.
Music News Malta will now continue to bring you the best of the Maltese Islands music scene.
