Blur will play a second show in London’s Hyde Park in summer 2009.

After an overwhelming run on tickets for the band’s now sold out show on Friday 3rd July, a second date has been added in an attempt to meet demand.

Graham Coxon will join Alex James, Dave Rowntree and Damon Albarn onstage for the new show on Thursday 2nd July in Hyde Park.

Blur have recorded seven studio albums and had a string of Top 10 singles including number 1 hit’s with Country House and Beetlebum. Their last album, Think Tank was released in 2003.

The concerts will take place on Thursday 2nd July and Friday 3rd July 2009.

All tickets are £45.00, are limited to six per person, and subject to a booking fee. Promoters recommend fans purchase tickets from official outlets only.
