The first song ‘Up All Night’ from the new Blink-182 album premieres on radio, then online.
The band have been fooling around with side-projects, solo albums, and TV shows, but they’ve finished off their first album since 2003.
Now they debuted the first single ‘Up All Night’ on LA radio station KROQ, and have posted a stream of the song on their dot com.
Singer and bassist Mark Hoppus emailed MTV excitedly, writing “We’re all so stoked to finally have music out that people can listen to. I think I’m probably more excited than anyone else in the world for the new single. ‘Up All Night’ contains elements of everything we’ve done in Blink-182, and pushes further than we’ve gone before. Can’t wait for everyone to check it out.”
He’s not wrong. It certainly works with their epic pop-punk history with a bizarre shimmering electro effect throughout the whole song. Certainly something new.

The whole album is likely to emerge sometime in September.
