Gavin Rossdale: I like quiet

Gavin Rossdale finds time for “quietness” early each morning, as once his children are awake there’s never silence.

The British star has two sons with his singer wife Gwen Stefani, Kingston, five, and three-year-old Zuma. He loves caring for them but they can be pretty noisy, so he rises early to have some alone time first thing in the morning.

“I start my day with tennis, then yoga, really early. Once the kids are up it's over with the quietness,” he laughed.

Gavin also gave an insight into how he likes to live his life. The star sees no point in getting stressed about small details so tries not to worry about day-to-day things.

Instead he likes to spend time relaxing with his loved ones.

“My life revolves around these things: family, music, cooking, tennis and yoga. There's nothing beyond that,” he told German magazine In.
