Halle Berry was “not safe from the slime” at last night’s Kids’ Choice Awards.
The Hollywood beauty was one of the many causalities of host Will Smith’s neon green sludge, as she attended the annual ceremony in Los Angeles on Saturday night.
When Will opened the show, he promised that “no-one” at the fun-filled evening would be “safe from the slime" - and he didn’t disappoint.
Halle was the first victim of the night, as she sat in the front row target area where she was doused with the gunge from behind. Glee star Chris Colfer got slimed when he hit the stage to present Selena Gomez the award for Favourite TV Actress.
Twilight star Taylor Lautner also fell prey to the prank when a fire-hose of slime targeted him after winning the Favourite Buttkicker award.
Perhaps the biggest gunging of the night was when Justin Bieber took the stage at the end of the ceremony to accept the gong for Best Male Singer. The Canadian superstar was hit with a tidal wave of bright green sludge.
Katy Perry performed her newest single Part of Me at the show, before picking up the gong for Favourite Voice from an Animated Movie.
The star gushed to the audience: “The only reason I'm here today is because I've never gown up. I can't wait to do Smurfs 2.”
British boyband One Direction continued their US takeover with their performance on the show. The boys performed hit track What Makes You Beautiful, to an adoring crowd.
Katy, Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez danced around in the audience and sang every word of the song, showing their support for the emerging five-piece.
