Hugh Hefner has been partying with one of the UK’s hot new boy bands.
Young British male groups are taking over America at the moment, with One Direction and The Wanted both attracting hordes of young female fans wherever they go.
Although they have hectic schedules, The Wanted – comprising of Max George, Siva Kaneswaran, Jay McGuiness, Tom Parker and Nathan Sykes – took some time off to unwind recently.
The group went to a party at the Playboy mansion, which was attended by a host of models which feature in the famed publication.
“The Wanted, a UK boy band, had a BBQ poolside while the girls & I were playing dominos. We shot a few photos together,” Hugh told his Twitter followers.
Siva loved the time off and quickly retweeted Hugh’s remarks on the social networking website. He also wrote a message to the magazine mogul thanking him for letting them attend the bash.
Tom also appeared enamoured with the band’s host, calling Hugh a “legend”.
The boy band have been working hard over the last few weeks and performed their new single Chasing the Sun on US TV show The Voice last night.
The group all loved being on the programme and took to Twitter to discuss their excitement.
“An unbelievable experience. Thanks you to @NBCThe Voice… for an amazing day,” Tom wrote on Twitter.
Before they took to the stage, Jay admitted he was suffering from nerves. “The Voice stage is heeeyuuuge, I can't wait to get running around it- and for everyone that's already said, I'll try not to fall (sic)!” he wrote.
