Kanye West reportedly insists on eating off dishes designed by esteemed fashion brand Hermes.
The rap superstar’s china cabinet is filled with elite dishware and cutlery made of gold.
Kanye splurges up to $800 per Hermes plate and his silverware is worth an estimated $10,000.
The musician prefers not to eat off anything that isn’t beautiful.
“Kanye is very particular about his plates and cutlery,” a source told British newspaper The Sun. “Everything is the best quality.”
Kanye is currently on tour with Jay-Z performing shows for fans in their Watch the Throne concert series.
The worldwide performances have already generated over $47 million in sales.
Kanye presented his 30-minute film Cruel Summer at Cannes Film Festival last week.
The picture was shown on seven screens inside a tent simultaneously. When one of the screens was projecting another might turn off, while different angles of scenes were also shown.
The hip-hop star produced and wrote the feature which stars Kid Cudi as a man who steals vehicles, before falling in love.
