Bruno Mars would love to "find a new talent".
The singer revealed his future career plans to the UK edition of InStyle magazine.
As well as setting his sights on collaborations with big music industry names, he has dreams of discovering the next big thing too.
"I'd love to get into the studio with Rihanna," he gushed. "I think we'd have a lot of fun. I'd also like to find a new talent.
You know, it could come from YouTube, it could come from 'you should check out my boy, man'. If I can find an artist I'd have fun creating with and who inspires me, then that's my next project. So if you're out there and reading InStyle magazine call..."
On his first album Doo-Wops & Hooligans Bruno sang about how he would catch grenades for his girl. On his new album Unorthodox Jukebox he sings about game plans, and Bruno himself admits he's become more of player.
"Let's just say I'm in beast mode now," he laughed. "I've shown that lover-boy side of me - does anyone really want me to come back and sing Just The Way You Are, Part Two? As much as I love that song, I feel like I need to express other areas of love, relationships, girls and sex."
