Lou Reed was rushed to a Long Island hospital on Sunday after he became dehydrated.

Reed, who recently received a liver transplant, reportedly had been sick to his stomach a number of times and there were concerns that his body might be rejecting the new organ.

He was taken by ambulance to the Southampton Hospital on Long Island on Sunday around 7 AM. A spokesperson for the hospital later told the New York Post that “everything’s fine.”

TMZ reports that, while the original fear was rejection, it turned out that he was just suffering from dehydration. After treatment, he was released back to his home to recover.
