Last night, MTV Brand New presented by Emporio Armani Diamonds announced the shortlist of the ten most hotly tipped artists of 2014.
The shortlisted artists go head to head in a public vote that opens on December 16th and the winner will be announced early February 2014.

This years new nominee Elyar Fox and 2011 nominee Wretch 32 were on stage to highlight the event in spectacular style, great live performances which Music-News.com was happy to witness.
Elyar Fox, said “It's so great to be a part of MTV's Brand New list. I've been a big fan of MTV since as long as I remember! All my favourite artists have been played on MTV, and I can't believe that I will be too.”
