Puff Daddy believes Jennifer Lopez’s butt will go down in history.
The hip-hop star dated the singer-and-actress for two years in the late ‘90s and they remain good friends. In the video for her latest song Booty, Jennifer is seen showing off her most famous asset, prompting Puff to show his support.
"[Her booty] is great. It's a work of art. It's something that will go down in history. Also her talent, her drive, her determination," he told Access Hollywood Live. "She will never give up. She's a great friend of mine... that thing is just incredible.”
Part of the promo was played during Puff’s appearance on the show, causing a strong reaction from the 44-year-old star. He couldn’t speak highly enough about his ex, admitting he can’t believe she ever agreed to be his girlfriend.
“Oh my God, oh my God! I am so lucky to have that great woman in my history," he gushed. “She is one of the greatest I've ever seen. Go girl!"
Puff was then quizzed on whether he’d ever consider reigniting his romance with the 45-year-old star, but insisted that time has now passed.
Jennifer isn’t the only star who has a famous derrière – Booty also features the voluptuous Iggy Azalea, and the pair get close in the video.
Perhaps the most iconic butt in the business belongs to Kim Kardashian, who goes to great lengths to keep hers toned with regular gym trips. However, Puff insists she still doesn’t have a thing on Jennifer.
“No disrespect Kanye [West, husband] and Kim, but that thing right there is something special," he marvelled.
The interview also touched on other things, such as how Puff is settling into life in Los Angeles. He admits it’s very different to east coast living, although he is enjoying himself.
“I'm definitely juicing, I'm definitely jogging. I try yoga every now and then. LA just pulls you in," he giggled. "I'm not going to the plastic surgeon yet though!"
