Peter Doherty releases a new single Flags Of The Old Regime on Monday 9th March through Walk Tall Recordings.
The single was written by Peter about & as a tribute to his friend Amy Winehouse and is released in aid of the Amy Winehouse Foundation, who will also receive all proceeds from the profits of the single. The video for Flags Of The Old Regime was directed by Katia de Vidas and filmed at Karma Sound Studios in Thailand. Peter will be playing four sold out shows at Brixton Jamm on Sunday 22nd and Monday 23rd February (two performances each night).
Flags Of The Old Regime was produced by Stephen Street and features Drew McConnell (Babyshambles / Helsinki) - bass, Jamie Morrison - drums, Stephen Large - Keyboards and Stephen Street - acoustic guitar & percussion. The strings were arranged by John Metcalfe (Durutti Column).
