Kendall Jenner is planning to move to London, it has been claimed.
The 19-year-old has made a name for herself as one of America’s hottest young models, and has walked for designers including Karl Lagerfeld and Marc Jacobs.
But now Kendall is reportedly thinking that a move across the pond might be called for.
“It’s a good move for her,” a source told America’s OK! Magazine. “She just wants to focus on her work and get out from the Kardashian umbrella.”
Kendall has never made a secret of her desire to distance herself from the Kardashian name. As well as just going by her first name, Kendall has also previously banned her most-famous sister Kim from supporting her in the front row.
The Kardashian family have also been hitting headlines in recent weeks due to revelations that Kendall’s father Bruce Jenner is transitioning into a woman.
“She’s desperate to get away from crazy family, even though her dad is going through a huge transition in his life,” the source added.
Kendall already has strong links with the British capital. Earlier this year, it was confirmed that she and her younger sister Kylie had signed a deal with British high street store Topshop to release a range of clothes.
In addition, one of Kendall’s best friends is London-based fellow model Cara Delevingne.
“She’s asked several of her London-based model pals for tips on where to live and is planning a househunting trip there in the next month,” the source added.
