Kim Kardashian is reportedly scared she won't be able to carry another baby with Kanye West.

The 34-year-old star had a tough time during her pregnancy with their daughter North, two, developing placenta accreta, causing blood vessels and other parts of the placenta to invade the uterine wall. She's spoken about the danger it caused, previously revealing doctors have suggested her uterus be removed, but she's currently expecting a second child with her rapper husband.

Kim has a high chance of developing the condition again, which is said to leave her feeling anxious.

"It means she won't be able to carry another child and, although she knows there are other options, she's devastated. She tries to put on a brave face, but has always loved the idea of a huge family. She's one of six children and hoped to give North and her unborn son a similar upbringing," a source told British magazine Closer about the prospect of her uterus being removed.

"She's angry, worried and emotional."

To add to matters, the brunette beauty is reportedly wishing her spouse had more time for her. Kanye has been busy with his career as of late and after announcing he was running for presidency at the MTV VMAs last month, Kim is said to be feeling pushed down his priority list.

In fact the reality star had allegedly been embarrassed as she watched Kanye take to the stage at the ceremony and give a bizarre long speech, and its unsure whether his plans are real.

"Kim smiled during the speech, but afterwards she told pals she was mortified," the insider noted, adding that she felt his actions had reflected badly on her.
