Blending Rock, Power Pop and 80s synth's, the power of the 2000’s, and the ultra-modern panache of the 2020's, Cam, Thor & Ben connected to form the alt-pop juiciness of 'Love Is Enough’.
Now they self release latest single 'Burn'. Pre-order 'Burn' right now here and here.
Love Is Enough have known each other for many years having played together in various bands on their local music scene in Salisbury UK. Ben was a member of 'Junk DNA' (Kerrang! / Pandora Peroxide's favourite underground nu-metal band of the 2000’s), and also played in 'This Illusion' (featuring Jason Bowld) and 'Jet Pack, Invicta!’. Ben is a gifted guitarist who has also played session guitar for people like 'Mary Spender', 'Paul D'iannos Battlezone' and in the US with 'Bumblefoot' / 'Ron Thal’.
Thor and Cam worked together in the pop-rock band 'Luicé', performing across the UK with the likes of 'A', 'Top Loader' and 'The Dangerous Summer' - prior to this they both featured together in the band 'These Days’performing amongst other places on the Coca-Cola stage for the 2012 Olympic Torch Ceremony.
Thor is also a producer (Thor's Kitchen Records) and early in 2019 on the eve of Covid Ben had sought to work with Thor to track some guitars for a session project. At the end of the session, Thor showed Ben a clip of a track Cam had written, Ben was hooked, and Love Is Enough was formed:
"I was immediately hooked and ended up staying late through the night to add guitars to this outline of a track...everything just clicked between us, musically and friendship wise. In the next week we had already written 3 more tracks, feeling that the three of us had a really great chemistry. Then lockdown hit - we continued to all work together via video links and just kept writing and writing, as soon as we had the first moments to hit the studio again in the summer of 2020 we recorded 4 tracks ('Burn', 'Breathe', 'To You' and 'Stay’)” - Ben
Then came lockdown number 2, the band continued to write keeping only the finest tracks, and hit the studio again in May 2021 to record a further 8 tracks. The band now had 12 'singles’ making up their debut album ‘Breathe’ (To be released late 2022). They also spent some time to work on perfecting their image, live sound, and making sure they were careful to keep everything under wraps until they were absolutely ready to go public.
