K-Pop legend KANGTA (of the beloved idol group H.O.T.) has released Eyes On You, his first full-length solo album in seventeen years, via SM Entertainment.
KANGTA first teased “Eyes On You” with a special performance at SMTOWN LIVE 2022 : SMCU EXPRESS@HUMAN CITY_SUWON, a massive stadium concert featuring artists from SM’s expansive roster, held at Suwon World Cup Stadium on August 20.
Eyes On You is KANGTA’s fourth full-length solo album release. The album commemorates KANGTA’s 26th anniversary of debut, and it consists of a total of 10 diverse tracks that include not only new but also new singles that have been showcased during KANGTA’s 25th anniversary of debut project.
The single is an R&B pop song that combines tense drums and relaxed string sounds. The lyrics describe the happiness of being along with the special one, expressed by picturing the moment of dancing in the night together.
In addition, the album also features various artists including NCT’s TAEYONG in the track “Skip.”
Additionally, tracks that have been showcased in KANGTA’s 25th anniversary debut project such as “Freezing,” “Christmas in July,” “Maybe,” and “Slow Dance” are also included in the album to showcase KANGTA’s unique music color.
