Dappy is set to release a brand new solo single, before he sets off for a sold-out 22 date arena tour in November and December with N-Dubz.

Alongside his band mates Fazer and Tulisa, the group reunited 4 months ago, releasing single ‘Charmer’, with more new music expected in the coming months.

Dappy’s new single, called ‘Lingo’, is set to be released tonight at around 6.50pm, alongside the music video and a fan Q&A.

Announcing the single, the 35-year old singer-songwriter wrote on social media: “Guess who’s backkkk. Lingo out this Thursday. Meet me at 6.50pm and I’ll do a little Q&A too”

The new single comes after N-Dubz admitted they are ‘taking things more seriously’ this time around, after tour tickets sold out in less than three minutes.

Chatting to Rebecca Judd on Apple Music 1, Dappy said:

“We're family. So when you guys thought we weren't making music, we was. And we are really good at making music together. Just like when it comes to melodies and top line and finding great concepts, we're really good together. Why wouldn't we just put all these songs on a project and bring them out?!”
