Described as enchanting and remarkable, London-based singer/songwriter Tom Speight is becoming a beloved nation's jewel with two standout albums amassing over 200 million streams.
Since his 2019 debut 'Collide,' and sophomore project 'Everything's Waiting For You,' released last year, Tom Speight has been only moving onwards and upwards. To elevate his sound and open the doors to new audiences, Speight ensured 'Everything's Waiting For You' broadened the horizons for bigger venue sing-alongs.
The one-to-watch artist compares his previous bodies of work: "Sonically, it's much more ambitious than 'Collide.' I decided at the outset that I would really go for it, dive in at the deep end and write a record that requires bigger rooms. There are rocky, bombastic songs that people may not expect from me. I worried it might be a bit risky, but it's fun to shake stuff up."
And it paid off alongside the release of 'Everything's Waiting For You,' as Tom Speight was the most-played artist in the 2021 season of Love Island. His singles also appeared on other hit shows such as To All the Boys, Sex Lives of College Girls, The Voice, Strictly, and Masterchef.
For this festive season, Speight prepared a surprise with his own version of 'Rockin' Around The Christmas Tree' and an upcoming mysterious single 'The One' coming in the New Year.
