Bareno, a 23-year-old French composer, producer, and DJ, has quickly emerged as a promising young talent in the world of electronic music. Specializing in Afro/Melodic House and Melodic Techno, he captivates crowds with intoxicating performances that fuse catchy melodies and energetic beats.
Born in France with Guadeloupean roots, Bareno found his musical inspiration from a young age. At the age of six, he was given an MP3 player on which he repeatedly listened to Madonna's electro-pop single "Hung Up." This experience ignited a deep passion for music that never left him. Over the years, Bareno became the master of ceremonies at friend gatherings, curating playlists on YouTube and creating a festive atmosphere.
His journey as a DJ artist began in 2020, alongside his studies at the EDHEC Business School in Lille. Under the guidance of his DJ friend Ilssane, he started learning to mix and organized his own apartment parties called "VN VIBES" with his friend VH. His talent was quickly noticed, leading to invitations to DJ in unique venues and becoming a resident DJ in Madrid.
During his early days in Madrid, Barenos mixes were heavily influenced by Disco and Soulful House from iconic artists like Terrence Parker. Back in Paris, he met Mickaël Vendetta, the creator of a unique Deep House party concept called "La Santa Maria." These parties were a revelation for Bareno, who made a 180-degree turn towards Deep House and Melodic House. He also had the opportunity to meet Afro House music producers like Yaans and Lisa Desormeaux, who introduced him to a whole new artistic and musical world.
Returning to Lille to complete his final year of Master's in Data & AI at the EDHEC Business School, Bareno shared his musical talent by gradually bringing his Afro/Melodic House style to popular bars in the Social Group, such as Madré and Cartel. His infectious enthusiasm and ability to create an enchanting atmosphere led to requests to DJ at the renowned open air events of La Lilloise, essential gatherings that bring together talented local DJs. Immersing himself in the Lille music scene was a rewarding experience for Bareno, allowing him to connect with other artists and absorb the creative energy that thrives in the region. These opportunities also helped establish his presence in the local scene and gain recognition among an increasingly wider audience.
Since then, Bareno has performed in several Parisian clubs, gaining popularity and recognition. In 2022, he decided to fully dedicate himself to his music career and venture into production. This bold decision led him to create his first single titled "Dewa," a true immersion into a universe that blends Afro House, Melodic House, and Progressive House.
The track, mastered by Mickaël Johan in a Paris studio and arranged by Yaans, received a warm reception from the public and opened up new opportunities for him. Bareno continues to explore new musical horizons and is working on multiple production projects. His next single, titled "Capture," is set to be released June the 9th and promises to thrill Melodic Techno enthusiasts. He also has a series of venues planned for the summer, with performances on the beaches of southern and northern France, as well as in the Lille region, Paris, and Spain.

This approach allows him to fully express his creativity and offer internationally appealing tracks. Some of his productions have already gained notable success and have been played on radios and prestigious clubs in France and abroad.
