Female country music artist Amy Isenhour has released a rejuvenated Faith Hill classic "I Ain't Gonna Take It Anymore" today, Friday, July 12, 2024. The reimagined track, written by veteran songwriters Bobby Terry and Kevin Brandt and produced by Buddy Hyatt, is dropped at a time when female independence and empowerment are messages needed by generations new and old.

Isenhour reflects on the track's impact, noting, "I hope this song helps remind people that they have the strength to walk away from a relationship that's not good for them. When I heard this song for the first time with my producer, it was so moving to me. Originally being a Faith Hill song from 2005, I knew this song could have so much meaning to more people again, just as it has done for me." With its original deep roots in the country music tradition and a message that resonates with timeless themes, this version continues to inspire listeners to reclaim their power.

Fans everywhere are receiving a powerful rendition that combines classic country influences with Isenhour's vocal prowess, ensuring the song's legacy continues with renewed vigor and relevance.

About Amy Isenhour
Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Amy Isenhour is now making her debut in the Nashville music scene, with her unique sound which she describes as ‘Country-Western with Pop / R&B influence.’ With a passion for music that was discovered at just four years old, Isenhour’s education years were spent singing the school chorus and writing songs in her free time.

Her pivotal moment came when she saw The Dixie Chicks (now The Chicks) perform live, and later got to meet lead singer Natalie Maines backstage. Of the memory, Isenhour recalls, “After seeing the show, it instilled in me exactly what I wanted to do with my life.” Years of preparation finally culminated in Isenhour’s move to Nashville in 2017, with hopes of being able to write, sing, and perform with ‘the very best in Country Music.’

Since relocating, Isenhour has become a Tin Pan South regular attendee, a Lifetime member of the Nashville Songwriters Association, as well as a member of The American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers - ASCAP. After having success with her debut single, Isenhour is proud to announce the release of her second single, 'I Ain't Gonna Take It Anymore,' written by Nashville hit songwriters Bobby Terry and Kevin Brandt.
