Turning heads once again with her latest single and music video, ‘Strangers’, London’s pop sensation Allegra continues to build on an already remarkable year. Having established herself as a force in the ever-competitive pop scene, Allegra’s fresh sound and undeniable charisma have quickly set her apart from the crowd. ‘Strangers’ is the first taste of her debut EP, ‘Unsent Love Letters Vol.1’, set for release on September 27th, and it’s clear from this track alone that she’s destined for even greater heights.

‘Strangers’ showcases Allegra’s talent for blending personal storytelling with chart-worthy pop production. The song dives deep into the emotional aftermath of a broken relationship, where longing and regret mix with a newfound sense of empowerment. Allegra’s silky vocals glide over a driving beat and infectious melodies, creating a sound that’s both haunting and uplifting. As the chorus swells, listeners are pulled into a narrative of wanting to forget a lover and move forward, yet still feeling the lingering shadows of the past. It’s a universal experience, and Allegra brings it to life with a voice that is both vulnerable and strong, perfectly capturing the complexity of moving on.

The music video for ‘Strangers’ offers a visually stunning journey through Allegra’s home city of London, taking viewers on a tour of iconic spots such as Oxford Street, Camden, and the Golden Jubilee Bridge. Throughout the video, her ex-lover appears in the background, a ghostly presence that symbolises the way past relationships can linger in our minds, while she tries to move forward, the memories remain.

Speaking on the EP, Allegra shared “Each song is an unsent love letter with a different storyline. It goes from heartbreak to going through the process of a breakup, to realising I’m a boss-ass woman! But the EP is raw and vulnerable. I’ve always had this thing about love letters - when I was younger and got upset, I would write letters and never send them. It’s how you get your feelings out.”

Produced by the renowned Tim Gosden, who has crafted hits for the likes of Tiestö, Alok, Becky Smith (Nicky Romero, Gamper & Dadoni) and many more. ‘Strangers’ is polished to perfection. Gosden’s expertise in the pop music industry shines through, ensuring that Allegra’s unique voice and emotional depth are front and centre. The collaboration marks yet another high point in Allegra’s burgeoning career, which has already seen her team up with some of the biggest names in dance music, including Tiësto, who remixed her hit ‘Round & Round’, and Alok, who put his spin on ‘Love You Right Back’.

With her star continuing to rise and her name rapidly becoming synonymous with raw emotion and catchy pop hooks, Allegra is undoubtedly on the path to becoming one of the most compelling voices of her generation—she’s here to stay, and she’s only just getting started.
