SORAYA - ‘the story of the phoenix’
Rising artist SORAYA has released a poignant charity ballad ‘the story of the phoenix’, blending orchestral, pop, and classical elements to highlight the plight of the Palestinian people. Written in June 2023 during a time of personal grief, the song reflects themes of loss and resilience, featuring the Palestinian Galilee Quartet and lyrics inspired by a poem SORAYA wrote during the Great March of Return.

Split Second - ‘Ozymandias’
Indie-pop sensations Split Second return with their energetic and quirky new single ‘Ozymandias’, inspired by Percy Bysshe Shelley's classic poem. The band, blending influences from Fleetwood Mac, Arctic Monkeys, and Blondie, explores themes of a crumbling empire with a Greek flair, intertwining this narrative with their personal experiences for a unique musical experience.

Christy C - ‘Moment’
Since launching his career earlier this year, Christy C has quickly gained recognition in the UK dance scene, with his debut single "Ocean" receiving support from BBC Introducing and praise from key hosts. His latest offering ‘Moment’ continues this ascent with its broad and immersive aesthetic, making him one of the more innovative names on the rise right now.

Kojoson - ‘AYO’
Kojoson, a rising Afro-fusion artist from Accra, Ghana, now based in the US, has released his debut EP ‘TOXIC FREEDOM’, blending Afro music with Western styles to explore personal freedom's complexities. The standout track ‘AYO’ is a deeply personal reflection on the loss of his younger sister, using this tragedy as a metaphor to address global carelessness, chaos, and the resulting suffering.

Scrimshaw Porn - ‘Good Girl’
Scrimshaw Porn, the solo project of Nick Helgesen, returns with ‘Good Girl’, a sharp critique of outdated gender norms, inspired by a 1956 guide on being a 'good housewife' and reflecting on their persistence in modern rhetoric. Blending witty sarcasm with rich indie-pop soundscapes influenced by '80s British bands and modern indie giants, the track combines piano, electric guitar, sax, and synths to challenge misogyny while delivering an engaging, thought-provoking sound.
