On his show this morning, Vernon Kay has just announced that Radio 2's Piano Room returns for an autumn run and with three-time BRIT Award winner, Rag 'N' Bone Man, performing alongside the BBC Concert Orchestra at the BBC Maida Vale studios on Thursday 17th October (9.30am-12pm). On Vernon’s show, he will perform one of his previous hits, a new single and a classic cover, with the performance also available to hear on BBC Sounds and watch on BBC iPlayer.

Rag ‘N’ Bone Man said: “I am excited to be the next artist performing in the Radio 2 Piano Room. Me and the band will be joining the BBC Concert Orchestra to bring you three special tracks on Thursday 17th October.”

Rag 'N' Bone Man burst onto the music scene in 2016 with his massive single, Human. His debut album of the same name went platinum four times over in the UK and went multi-platinum in a further twenty-seven countries, becoming the fastest-selling male debut album of the decade. His second album, Life By Misadventure, debuted at No.1 and spent seven weeks in the Top 10, making it the fastest-selling album by a solo artist in 2021, and his third album is out next month.
