SXSW London today announced it is open for business, with festival passes to its inaugural event going on sale Thursday, 21st November. Coming to Shoreditch from 2-7 June 2025, SXSW London will be one of the biggest events on the creative and tech calendar with its own distinctive personality and is set to become the ultimate platform for creative discovery and artistic convergence across Europe.

Passes will be available to purchase for the entire event, consisting of a Conference, Music and Screen Festivals as well as for separate programming strands. A -25% exclusive offer price will be available to those who purchase a pass from the general on sale before 19th December. With the exclusive offer, prices range from £488 for individual programme strand passes to £975 for platinum passes.

Last month, SXSW London announced it would begin accepting session proposals from the public across its Conference, Music and Screen programming strands. Thought leaders, mavericks, experts and all others are invited to submit their bold and unexpected ideas for the Conference via the submission portal, which closes on 29th November. Thousands of session proposals have already been submitted from over 50 countries across the world.

Venues
SXSW London will take over dozens of venues, galleries, clubs and spaces around Shoreditch, including many independent and community-led spaces, and is happy to share some of its first venue partners for the festival. These include: Truman Brewery, Village Underground, Rich Mix, Shoreditch Town Hall, Shoreditch Church, Christ Church Spitalfields, Dream Factory (Chance St & Rivington St), Kachette, Bike Shed Moto Co, Shoreditch Studios / Over the Road, and Protein Studios.

Community Engagement
In line with its commitment to supporting the vibrant communities of East London, SXSW London also announced it will be providing over 500 complimentary passes to local charities and community groups. This initiative aims to ensure that the rich diversity of East London is represented at the festival. Aiming to put community at its heart, SXSW London previously announced it will feature initiatives for workforce development including partnerships with independent and community-led venues throughout the festival’s Shoreditch campus.

Billboard Partnership
SXSW London is also excited to confirm Billboard as the first official partner for the 2025 event. Billboard will host a standout night of music during the festival with a global renowned artist performing. The show will be ticketed to the general public with a limited number of platinum and music badge holders also having the opportunity to attend.
