Vultures of Culture are proving themselves as a force to be reckoned with in the alternative rock and power pop scene.

Born from the songwriting duo of Luke Dewitt and Dave Goodman, and solidified by a lineup of veteran musicians, the band has channeled years of experience—and the restless energy of the lockdown era—into Out of the Darkness, a record brimming with thunderous riffs, soaring melodies, and a vintage heavy metal edge. With producer Andy Patalan (of Sponge fame) at the helm, they've refined their raw, anthemic sound into something both ferocious and infectious, setting the stage for their latest release: the lyric video for "Jolie."

"Jolie" is a blistering commentary on celebrity obsession, and its lyric video brings that critique to life with striking visuals that amplify the song’s punchy, Foo Fighters-meets-Velvet Revolver energy. The interplay of aggressive guitar hooks and Dewitt’s commanding vocals is relentless, while the video itself keeps pace with bold imagery and sharp lyric placement, pulling viewers into the track’s relentless momentum.

A song written nearly two decades ago but still painfully relevant today, "Jolie" is a testament to Vultures of Culture’s ability to craft music that transcends time—and proves that their rise is only just beginning.
