Celebrated broadcaster, podcaster, Sunday Times best-selling author and founder of the Happy Place brand, Fearne Cotton, returns this summer with the 5th instalment of Happy Place Festival.
Following the success of last year's festival, which hosted over 500 workshops and classes, 2025 promises yet another soul-nourishing programme. Both London and Tatton Park will be filled with immersive workshops, thought-provoking talks, expressive art spaces, and serene breathwork sessions, as well as irresistible food and a host of inspiring speakers to lead the way.
Guest speakers already confirmed for this year award-winning entrepreneur Liz Earle, best-selling poet Donna Ashworth, TikTok sensation Luke Hamnett, well-being coach Adrienne Adhami, radio presenter and all-round fitness influencer Gemma Atkinson, as well as musician, actor and author Jordan Stephens, presenter and podcaster Vogue Williams and author and sober advocate, Millie Mackintosh.
New for 2025, the Happy Place Festival areas have been curated around 7 key pillars: Meditation, Yoga, Sound, Nutrition, Movement, Craft and, for the first time, Hormones.
The entire festival is designed with one clear ethos in mind: to offer a relatable and accessible version of self-care, at a pace that suits each individual. The flow between the different areas is designed to help guide inner happiness, uplift and energise you.
The Talk Stage is the heart of thought-provoking conversations, where guests can attend powerful discussions, expert panels, and live recordings of the Happy Place Podcast. The free-to-all Centre Stage buzzes with energy, offering yoga, poetry, dance, and breathwork, closing each day with uplifting live music. Find serenity in the Meditation Tepee, offering astrology, guided meditation, and colour therapy, or immerse yourself in the Sound Tepee, where gong baths and soothing soundscapes bring deep relaxation. The Yoga Tent offers a space where you can unwind and reconnect with your body through a variety of yoga and stretch sessions, for all levels, or try the Movement Tent for dynamic classes like Qi Gong and Pilates.
For some creative escape, the Expressive Arts area showcases live music, poetry, and storytelling, while the Craft Tepee offers hands-on experiences like pottery and jewellery making. Families can enjoy festival-themed crafts, movement workshops, face painting, and crazy golf in the Children’s Corner. Learn from top experts at the Nutrition Tepee, with insights on gut health and sleep, and explore the brand-new Hormones Tepee, focusing on menstrual health and menopause. Book and shopping lovers can visit The Book Stall and Shopping Village, filled with a curated selection of reads and independent brands promoting wellness, sustainability, and creativity.
Festival founder, Fearne Cotton says:
I'm so looking forward to this year's festivals. It's the highlight in our Happy Place calendar. Each year it's an opportunity to celebrate and come together to learn, listen and experience something new. Whether you're a first-timer and have never even seen a yoga mat in the flesh or love to meditate daily, it doesn't matter. We cater for everyone and every age with our fantastic children’s area too. My hope is that it’s an experience and space where our festival goers can come and try something new, relax, recharge, learn something and leave feeling that bit better. We are also thrilled to be hosting at the brand-new London venue of Gunnersbury Park which will enable us to deliver an even bigger and bolder festival this summer. I so look forward to seeing you there for the Happy Place festivals 2025.
