One of the UK’s most prestigious music charities Future Talent will mark its 20th anniversary by producing a celebratory concert as part of the Three Sixty Festival taking place in London’s iconic RoundHouse venue throughout April 2025, featuring trailblazing performances from some of the UK’s most exciting young music talent.
RISE: Past, Present and Future Talent, takes place at the RoundHouse in London on 22nd April 2025 and is curated by the acclaimed Nitin Sawhney CBE—an Ivor Novello Lifetime Achievement Award-winner and global music visionary. On this special night, the Roundhouse will come alive as Future Talent's exceptionally gifted young musicians take centre stage alongside special guests who have paved the way before them.
This intimate, in-the-round concert will be presented by TV and Radio personality Alexander Armstrong and celebrates the power of music, from the past to the present and beyond, exploring how the power of live performance remains invaluable in a fast-changing, tech-driven world.
Together, the concert will mark 20 years of Future Talent—a milestone for the charity co-founded by HRH The Duchess of Kent and Nicholas Robinson—showcasing the next generation of fearless, boundary-pushing musicians who are set to shape the future of music.
The Round House audience will be first to experience live performances from Future Talent’s 20th Anniversary Album “RISE”, written by the charity’s young musicians and curated by Nitin Sawhney himself. This multi-genre album, also featuring the Hallé, VOCES8, and the National Children’s Choir of Great Britain, is a true testament to the incredible creativity of young artists and the power of music to unite generations.
Says Clare Cook - Chief Executive of Future Talent, "RISE is a celebration of the boundless potential of exceptional young musicians whose talent and creativity will shape the future of music. At Future Talent, we are deeply committed to breaking down barriers and creating opportunities for these gifted individuals, and this concert marks an inspiring milestone in that journey. Together we’ll witness how tradition and technology unite to showcase the voices of past, present, and future talent, with an exciting twist. There’s no better place for this groundbreaking 20th birthday celebration than London’s iconic Roundhouse, where together, we’ll shine a spotlight on the artists of tomorrow."
All profits from the concert will go directly towards Future Talent’s vital mission of breaking down barriers, creating opportunities, and transforming the lives of talented young musicians from low-income backgrounds across the UK.
Concert tickets can be purchased via the RoundHouse website at roundhouse.org.uk VIP tickets, including your personal invitation to the charity’s pre-event champagne reception, can be purchased via futuretalent.org
