Cypress Hill has released “I Ain’t Goin’ Out Like That (Live at the Royal Albert Hall),” the second preview from their upcoming album Black Sunday Live at the Royal Albert Hall, out June 6 via Mercury Studios. The track captures a standout performance from the iconic hip-hop group’s historic collaboration with the London Symphony Orchestra—a bold reimagining of their 1993 classic Black Sunday.
Recorded live on July 10, 2024, the performance brought together Cypress Hill’s gritty, West Coast sound with the grandeur of one of the world’s most celebrated orchestras, all set against the backdrop of London’s Royal Albert Hall. The result is a powerful, genre-defying event, now being shared with fans worldwide through a live album and concert film.
The album will be available in a range of formats, including DVD+2CD, Blu-ray+2CD, limited-edition 2CD, and 180g half-speed mastered vinyl editions in both black and limited-edition gold (D2C exclusive). A cassette version will also be released. The Blu-ray version offers Dolby Atmos audio for an immersive listening experience.
Ahead of the album's release, fans can catch a first look at the film with a special ticketed livestream on May 3 via Veeps, where physical album bundles will also be available to pre-order.
Following an exclusive theatrical run earlier this year, Black Sunday Live at the Royal Albert Hall now reaches a broader audience, showcasing the group’s innovative reinterpretation of hits like Insane in the Brain, Hits From the Bong, and How I Could Just Kill a Man.
The full 19-track album offers a fresh orchestral take on Cypress Hill’s seminal work, highlighting the group’s legacy and continued relevance more than 30 years into their career.
Black Sunday Live at the Royal Albert Hall will be released globally on June 6 via Mercury Studios. Pre-orders and ticket info for the May 3 livestream are available now.
