Starlite Campbell have been quiet for a while, but this is a superb way to announce their return.
An old Robert Johnson track, as the title sounds, it’s about the need to get out and see more of the world, sadly, in Johnson’s case it eventually led to his death as the first member of the 27 Club.
"Everyone, at some point, has felt the itch to escape... that feeling of having 'ramblin' on your mind' is a fundamental part of the human experience." - Simon Campbell

A slow walking Blues, Starlite Campbell don’t mess with it or try and make it anything other than what it was intended to be.
Simon Campbell’s vocals are a bit of a shock, that refined and soft English vocal seemingly inappropriate when you consider the original, but after a verse or so it feels completely natural. His guitar solo is quite excellent and shines out over Jonny Henderson’s Hammond. Suzy Starlte on bass and Steve Gibson on drums hold the pace down and allow the rest to star.

If you are going to play a classic then this is the way to do it.
