Wow. Wiley the 'King of Grime’ never ceases to impress the public. His new single 'Take That’ featuring Chew Fu is pretty in your face-y, but in the good way. He’s trying to make it clear to the world that he’s here to stay because he has the key to success and popularity ('I got the formula and I’ll rain on all of ya’). This young East Londoner has come a long way from his notorious 'Rolex’ hit and has almost managed to release a song as popular as Dizzee Rascal’s 'Bonkers’. It falls under the same genre as Dizzee and has the same ingredients that attract his target audience, the young, the fashionable, and those who are ready to party.

'Take That’ is an upbeat song booming with energy. The heavy bassline sounds like gears of a car grinding together; it is filthy, but so addictive. The beat is somewhat irregular which really makes the song stand out among all other dance tunes. The lyrics are not anything particularly original but this was Wiley’s chance to show off and tell people who he is and what he’s done, 'I was in the chart with avenue and shake a leg roll deep.’ If you’re into music with attitude, then Wiley is the artist for you.

It is safe to say that if Wiley’s next couple of hits are as good as 'Rolex’ and 'Take That’ then he will definitely shoot up in the charts and will certainly be considered one of England’s best rappers.

He may not be everyone’s cuppa tea, but you’ve got to give the guy some credit for doing so well for himself. His new album is coming out this year, so keep an eye out for it. It’s going to be a club banger!
