Calling all hip hop lovers....Banditsu has arrived! In a sea of grime music, its nice to see an artist advocating hip hop on the UK music scene and with his last mixtape A2MC2 putting him on the map, we're ready to see what he has in store for us next.
His track 'Motivation' from A2MC2 was an emotional and personal song, and the sharp visuals in the video portrayed the emotion of the song perfectly.
In contrast, his latest track 'Miseducation', which dropped recently to praise from the likes of NME and Grime Daily, is an upbeat track. The video to the track shows Banditsu having a lot of fun with his friends and was directed by Kra$h who stamps his mark on it.
The new mixtape 'MiseducationOfItsu' will be dropping soon as well as the new video for 'Open Up' which he tells us will be visually very artistic and directed by Misha Meghna.
Banditsu's music so far shows he is versatile, experimenting with different styles and sounds whilst still maintaining strong lyricism on his tracks, something which he is very passionate about.
As a stylish, young rapper with his head screwed on firmly and with a great attitude to life and music there's no doubt its only a matter of time before he gets his big break.
