THE BEATLES' back catalogue is not going to be made available for iTunes users.
Record label EMI said the iconic band's music will not be on Apple's digital media player any time soon.
This comes amid recent speculation that their back catalogue was to be released through the download service.
But EMI senior executive Ernesto Schmitt refuted the claims.
Speaking to the Financial Times, he said: "Conversations between Apple and EMI are ongoing and we look forward to the day when we can make music available digitally.
"But it's not tomorrow."
Sir Paul McCartney recently announced that he would like to see the band's music available to download.
