Pop hunk Harry Styles is inviting fans to go behind the scenes of the making of his debut album in a new documentary.
The One Direction star will launch his self-titled solo project on Friday (12May17), and to celebrate its release, Harry Styles: Behind the Album will premiere on streaming service Apple Music on Monday (15May17).
"The film features exclusive interviews and behind the scenes footage shot in Jamaica, Los Angeles and London during the making of the album," a press release reads, "and is complemented by Harry and his band performing songs from it for the first time at the world famous Abbey Road Studios in London."
Harry Styles: Behind the Album is executive produced by Ben Winston from Fulwell 73, the U.K.-based production company the singer's pal, comedian and U.S. late night talk show host James Corden, became a partner of in January (17).
Fulwell 73 bosses also produce the British funnyman's The Late Late Show with James Corden, on which Styles will perform a week-long residency from Monday.
Meanwhile, Harry took over New York's Rockefeller Plaza on Tuesday morning (09May17) to help kick off the Today show's summer concert series with a free mini concert. The 23-year-old, who wore a bright pink suit for the gig, performed his debut solo single, Sign of the Times, Ever Since New York, and new track Carolina.
Hundreds of fans braved the chilly temperatures and camped out on the streets of the Big Apple to catch the star on the U.S. breakfast show, and Harry showed his appreciation by ordering pizzas to be handed out to those waiting in line.
He previously made a similar delivery to devotees desperate to attend his first live solo performance on New York-based comedy show Saturday Night Live last month (Apr17).
