Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris are apparently buying their first home together.
The musical power couple have reportedly put in an offer on a six-bedroom, $15 million beach-front property in celebrity enclave Carbon Beach. Known locally as “billionaire's beach”, the area is already home to stars Courteney Cox and John Travolta.
Taylor and Calvin's love nest will have six bedrooms, a fully functional gym, outdoor infinity pool including a Jacuzzi, a home theatre for movie date nights, wine cellar and a pizza oven, reports Britain’s Heat magazine.
Family and friends invited to stay with the couple will have the run of a separate two-storey guest house in the grounds of the luxury home.
The pair is expected to close the deal on the architect designed home soon. However, the modern beachfront property will not be finished before May, with the couple hoping to be moved in by the summer (16).
The Bad Blood singer has a reputation for snapping up property and already owns several homes.
Taylor's portfolio includes a $17million mansion in Rhode Island, New England, her penthouse in Tribeca, New York, where she hosted a birthday party attended by Beyonce and Jay Z, which set her back a cool $20million, plus a $4million home in Beverly Hills complete with a white picket fence.
Buying a home together is a clear sign that the couple, who first revealed their romance in April last year (15), is getting serious and are keen to show their commitment to one another.
A friend of 26-year-old Taylor recently wished them a 'Happy Anniversary' (28Feb15), and posted a picture on Instagram.com of the moment Taylor met Calvin, 32, for the first time.
