Towers of London stormed back on to the scene, luckily for us, just in time for the close of 2018 with their single ‘Shot in the Dark’. Contrary to the title, it shot them into the light with Premiership stadium playlisting’s, Virgin Radio’s “Track of the Week” and a well-earned place on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch video line up!
They now return to kickstart your New Year with adrenaline fueled, sports track “SUPERBOWL”. Towers of London are pulling no punches with what’s being described as the modern day ‘Walk This Way’… A rap / rock crossover that’s set to kick 2018 off with a BANG!
Written while the band were recording their upcoming album in LA’s Koreatown, the song takes the term used for the world’s most iconic sporting event and gives it a new meaning; ‘SUPERBOWL’ doesn’t mean settling for watching the biggest show in town, you can BE the biggest show in town. YOU are the main event, YOU are SUPERBOWL!
The video sees Towers gatecrashing the world’s biggest music videos and TV shows of our time. Not to mention the appearance of a few familiar famous faces to help carry along their message of SUPERBOWL.
It's been 10 years since the Towers first crashed onto the scene with their raucous punk rock anthems and fever pitch stage shows. Now under the guidance of legendary music manager Alan McGee and Creation Management, their forthcoming album 'Super Sounds Of K-Town' has nods to their past but open arms to their future as a global rock band.
The Towers much anticipated, forthcoming album ‘Super Sounds Of K-Town’ will be released spring 2018.
