Beyoncé Knowles doesn't have bad breath, according to 50 Cent.
Earlier this month the In Da Club rapper revealed he was once confronted by the singer while they were in Las Vegas. The Drunk in Love singer was apparently not impressed with him and got in his face to defend her husband, Jay Z, although 50's now made light of the situation.
"It's not really bad, like her breath doesn't smell," the 38-year-old rapper told Watch What Happens Live host Andy Cohen. "But it's one of those things, like the paparazzi were taking pictures of us at the same time, so there's not really a right way to respond. You've just got to accept it. You've just got to have an expression on your face like, 'What's the matter with you?'"
The run in took place at the Cosmopolitan hotel in the Nevada city. The revelation came after video footage emerged of Jay Z being attacked in an elevator by Beyoncé's younger sister Solange, something which 50 couldn't help but make a joke about.
"It's like if you're in an elevator and you're attacked, you can't do nothing,” he added cheekily.
The rapper, real name Curtis James Jackson III, was taking part in the shows Plead the Fifth. It gave Andy the chance to ask some really personal questions, including whether the rumours were true that 50 had slept with Kim Kardashian before she married Kanye West.
"I never....," he replied, insisting reports of a hook-up were false. "We took pictures with each other in Australia at the MTV award and I posed the picture."
But the performer may just have set himself up for another verbal bashing from Beyoncé thanks to his answer when asked who is the most overrated hip-hop star.
"I mean Jay Z," 50 Cent answered without hesitation. "He would say he was overrated. Rather be overrated than underpaid."
