Adele says sharing her son’s name seems too “personal” for her to do at the moment.
The British singer welcomed the little boy into the world in October and since then has been getting used to motherhood alongside her partner Simon Konecki.
She made her return to the spotlight at last night’s Golden Globe Awards, where she won the best original song prize for her James Bond track Skyfall.
Backstage, Adele opened up about how her life has altered over the last few months.
“I am exhausted, that’s how [motherhood] changed me. I have eczema from boiling bottles,” she laughed to Celebrity Baby Blog.
“I am not sharing his name at the moment. It is very personal to me. I am enjoying him on my own.”
The singer thanked Simon and her son in her acceptance speech and later explained how nerve-wracking she’d found writing the song.
“It is a huge responsibility and a lot of pressure. That movie was huge,” she said. “And I was pregnant. I had my child about two weeks before the film came out. So it was bad timing.”
Claire Danes is also a new mother, after giving birth to her and her husband Hugh Dancy’s son Cyrus in December.
She was thrilled to attend the awards ceremony with her spouse last night, with her mood boosted even more when she picked up the best TV drama actress prize for her role in Homeland. The show did well, with Damian Lewis named best TV drama actor and the series receiving the best TV drama gong.
“I’m deliriously happy and also excited to be in this scene because I’ve been so sequestered. I’ve been in baby world,” Claire told E!’s Ryan Seacrest.
“I’ve been in sweatpants for quite a while. I’m hoping I don’t leak anytime soon.”
Claire was pregnant while she filmed season two of Homeland and jokingly thanked Cyrus for being “so game” during the shoot in her acceptance speech.
Megan Fox and her husband Brian Austin Green welcomed their son Noah into the world in September and Megan was happy to discuss being mom at the awards ceremony.
She joked her relationship with Noah is so strong Brian is a little unhappy.
“I was very overwhelmed with the intensity of the emotions I felt when I had him so I’m in love with him,” she told Extra. “And Brian is jealous because I love him so much!”
