Following on from the remarkable show at Shoreditch Church just before Xmas, Adrian Roye and The Exiles will be playing at London's legendary 12 Bar venue tomorrow (Thursday) with Will Knox and Alec Gross. The venue is in Denmark Street, near Tottenham Court Road and is famous as Tin Pan Alley.
Roye said " We caught these guys at the Rockwood Music Hall when we were out in New York in July, and are supremely excited to be playing with them in London. Best of all, we've decided to sell tickets at a special post-Christmas price of £6 (we know that this time of year can be hard on your wallets). Tickets will be available on the door, music starts at 8pm."
Will, originally from West London, moved to New York after studying at Berklee College of Music in Boston. Since then he has since produced a debut album, 'The Matador and the Acrobat', as well as an EP and comic book, 'Lexicon'. In the last year he has been touring all over the US and in Europe, most recently opening up for Jamie Hartman at Bush Hall and Sami Yusuf at the Shepherd's Bush Empire.
