Bruno Mars has joked he is turning into a girl after being “forced” to get a manicure.
The 27-year-old singer grew up in Hawaii with a large family, including his mother and four sisters.
It seems that spending time with the most important women in his life has started to rub off on Bruno.
“Took my girl & moms to get a manicure & they forced me to get one with them. Now all of a sudden Im into hand bags, jewelry and men #Weird (sic)” he quipped on Twitter.
Along with getting beauty treatments, the singer has recently been busy promoting his new album Unorthodox Jukebox.
His second musical offering has been going down well and the Locked out of Heaven singer thanked his fans for all their support.
“On a serious note...” he followed up his first tweet.
“Everyone who picked up unorthodox jukebox I cant thank you enough. Im brining in the new Year with the #1 Song in the country because of u (sic),” he added.
“Ive been overwhelmed with the great news with this album and i hope you guys know how grateful i am. I cant wait to sing for y'all (sic).”
Locked out of Heaven is currently number one in the US Billboard Hot 100 chart, followed closely by Rihanna’s Diamonds track.
