Calvin Harris and Ellie Goulding were reportedly "touchy feely" during a night out this weekend.
The 30-year-old DJ and 27-year-old singer both attended a bash at London's Mahiki nightclub on Saturday evening following an appearance at radio station Capital FM’s Summertime Ball.
Although Calvin has only just split up from girlfriend Rita Ora, and Ellie has sparked rumours of a relationship with rocker Dougie Poynter, the pair are said to have gotten cosy during the evening. They partied alongside fellow Brit musicians such as Little Mix singers Jade Thirlwall and Jesy Nelson.
“Ellie and Calvin were very close for the majority of the night," a source told British newspaper the Daily Star.
“Although they had other friends around, they only seemed interested in each other and were very touchy feely..."
Fans have already had a glimpse of what it would be like if the two stars were dating. In the music video for their collaboration I Need Your Love, Calvin and Ellie are seen acting like a couple with constant kissing and cuddling.
It is thought Calvin took Rita by surprise when he ended things, with his posts on Twitter being dubbed as him publically dumping her.
"To address speculation - myself and Rita ended our relationship some time ago. She is a beautiful, talented woman & I wish her all the best (sic)," he wrote.
The former couple worked together on their track I Will Never Let You Down, with Calvin acting as producer. Although things seemed peachy as Rita promoted the song, their relationship was reportedly on the rocks leading up to their split.
"Calvin wanted to have kids and get married, but he was always reluctant, because he seemed to find it difficult to trust her," a source previously said. "Rita denied that she was doing anything wrong and told Calvin he was being unfair.
That was the beginning of the end. Rita was devastated and pleaded with Calvin to take her back, but he was done."
