Chris Brown has reportedly been released from jail.

The 25-year-old singer was placed behind bars in March after breaking the rules of the rehab facility he was in. Last month the Loyal singer was ordered to spend an additional 131 days in jail after admitting to violating his probation.

Now TMZ is reporting Chris was let out around midnight, meaning he served 108 days.

The star was sentenced to a year in prison initially, but got credit for 116 days in rehab and 59 spent behind bars.

Chris was arrested in October last year for allegedly assaulting a man in Washington, DC, which prompted prosecutors to bring the case in front of a judge. Proceedings in the DC case have been postponed until later this month.

In 2012, the singer also had an altercation with rapper Drake at a New York nightclub.

RadarOnline yesterday reported that a settlement case for the incident has been approved by the venue, W.i.P. nightclub.

The outlet reports Chris’ lawyers filed an opposition to the plaintiff’s motion to withdraw in April.

It's thought the judge who ordered Chris to spend a year in jail could have gone much harder, giving him up to four years behind bars.

However, the star has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, which was taken into account.
