It’s the spookiest night of the year and in Edinburgh, things are getting scarey down at The Wee Red Bar. Tonight will see three brilliant bands play in the shape of Hurricane Party, Steve Heron and Craig Souter. In true tradition of Halloween, there will be costumes, ghouls and frights, but most importantly, there will be a night of top tunes and excellent live music.

Hurricane Party will open the show tonight. Sounding energetic and original, Hurricane Party will be the perfect effervescent punk-rock act to start the frightening festivities. Hailing from Glasgow, Hurricane Party may not be familiar to the Edinburgh crowds, but tonight will showcase their style and create a stage they hopefully will capture again. http://www.facebook.com/hurricanepartymusic

Steve Heron is no stranger to the Edinburgh music underground music scene, and has already pinned a plethora of impressive gigs to his name. Steve Heron’s catalogue of quirky albums and EPs make his live shows unmissable: always with something new and different, tonight Steve’s set is destined to be a spookily brilliant show. http://www.facebook.com/steveheronmusic

After releasing debut album ‘Via Dolorosa’ in home town Portsoy, Craig Souter will take to the stage as tonight’s headliner. Acoustic and melodic, Craig’s genre will be an interesting juxtaposition to Halloween theme night, but will be a treat none-the-less. Craig’s new album is beautiful, showing off his advanced song writing skills and catchy voice: Craig’s live headline performance will be the definitive accompaniment to the other two acts tonight. http://www.facebook.com/#!/pages/Craig-Souter-Music/138989172820665
