Global Radio’s Xfm is delighted to announce the return of its annual Winter Wonderland. Taking place at O2 Apollo Manchester on Tuesday 4th December and London’s O2 Academy Brixton on Monday 17th December, Xfm’s Winter Wonderland with Rocksmith is set to bring two nights of spectacular music from some of the most exciting acts around.

Now back for its ninth consecutive year and once again in support of War Child, the party starts at O2 Apollo Manchester with special live performances from Bloc Party, Maximo Park, Everything Everything, Delphic, Spector and Findlay. Manchester’s Breakfast Show presenter Tim Cocker and afternoon presenter Clint Boon will be on hosting duties for the night.

Hosted by London’s Breakfast Show presenter Danny Wallace, the second night moves to O2 Academy Brixton where Editors, The Courteeners, The Temper Trap, and rapidly rising music stars Lucy Rose and Theme Park will be rocking the stage. In addition, the night includes the presentation of the coveted Xfm Inspiration Award to a very special guest.

Winter Wonderland will be held from 6:30pm in Manchester and London. Tickets go on sale on Friday 26th October at 9am. Advanced tickets are priced at £25 and details are available on xfm.co.uk. Listeners will also be able to win tickets by tuning in to the station, in the run-up to the live shows.
