Ariana Grande has reportedly split from Jai Brooks.
The 21-year-old Problem songstress recently reunited with the 19-year-old Australian pop star, who is a member of YouTube prankster band the Janoskians.
But just a few months into the rekindled affair their romance is said to have ended once again, as Ariana felt a distinct lack of support from Jai when her granddad died in July.
"When her grandfather was dying, everyone was there for her. People flew to Florida to be with her, but Jai didn't," a source told E! News. "Ariana just felt he wasn't there like he should have been."
Ariana posted a message on her Twitter account Monday which seems to allude to a breakup.
“You learn a lot about love, life & the people around you during a time of crisis. July was painful for many reasons but of all the personal loss I suffered last month, the loss of my grandfather, a true gentleman, was the only one that truly mattered,” the tweet reads. “I thank my loves for being so in tune to what is good and right for me and my heart. I hope you will surround yourselves with people who will be there for you thru the bad times, not just the good. I thank everybody who was here for me when I needed them as the ones who weren’t really broke my heart.”
Ariana and Jai initially reunited back in May, six months after he accused her of having a fling with Nathan Sykes from The Wanted.
