Justin Bieber is apparently driving his record label mad by doing “whatever he wants”.
The 18-year-old singer has amassed an army of fans and a huge bank balance thanks to his cute looks and catchy tracks.
However, New York Daily News reports the teenage heartthrob could be taking his pop power too far by rebelling and making things difficult for the people working with him.
“Justin doesn’t seem to care and does whatever he wants,” a source told the publication’s Confidenti@l column.
“He…orders everybody around. He’s surrounded by hangers-on who say ‘yes’ to anything he wants. There’s no supervision,” another insider added.
Despite currently enjoying huge success, some people are worrying the star could be jeopardising his career with his alleged bratty behaviour.
One source even compared Justin to Britney Spears, who famously had a very public breakdown and even shaved off all her hair.
“This could really damage his reputation if they don’t get it under control. Justin is someone young teens look up to and this kind of behaviour can really hurt his career. Just look at what happened with Britney Spears,” an insider worried.
Justin has been hitting headlines recently after using Twitter to post Photoshopped pictures which mock Filipino boxer and politician Manny Pacquiao.
Philippine legislators demanded an apology from the hitmaker and even threatened to make him a “persona non grata” in their country.
Alongside the offensive tweets, Justin has also apparently been having problems with on-off girlfriend Selena Gomez.
One insider even hinted their tumultuous relationship could be to blame for his recent erratic behaviour.
“She’s been giving him a really hard time… she’s been partying without him and it drives him crazy,” the source explained.
