Kim Kardashian is reportedly happy to let Kanye West take the lead in their relationship.
The reality star and rapper welcomed their first child, daughter North West, in June. After hiding from the spotlight to look after their baby, Kim is pleased she can go back out again in public with confidence thanks to Kanye's support.
The hip-hop star is reportedly making important decisions so Kim can relax and feel more at ease.
"She's a new mom and totally in love with Kanye," a source told British magazine Heat. "She's glad to be in the limelight again. Kim's tired of fighting and happy to let Kanye take control."
Kim, 32, is so keen to please the musician that she dyed her hair after he apparently recommended it would suit her. Ditching her iconic dark locks for a blonde bombshell look, the new mother made a drastic change to please her boyfriend
"[Kanye] was always pushing Kim to go lighter," the insider said.
Kim's colourist George Papanikolas also agreed that Kanye was the decision maker behind the bold move, revealing: "[Kanye] loves it! He was a big cheerleader for her to go blonde."
It isn't just Kim's appearance Kanye is looking out for.
Amid the drama surrounding sister Khloé's husband Lamar Odom's alleged drug addictions, plus rumours the siblings' mom Kris is having problems with her husband Bruce Jenner, the rapper has been trying to save his girlfriend from the negativity surrounding her family.
He chose to protect her from being in the public eye - a bold move which has helped the couple grow stronger.
"Kanye's pulling all the strings - it's only thanks to him that Kim's in a position to do any good," the source explained. "Since they've been together, Kanye has improved Kim's profile and her taste and then pulled her out of the limelight - a risk her mum Kris would have never taken."
