Liam Gallagher says his brother Noel is using old Oasis songs for his solo album.

Liam has already started up his new band Beady Eye following the brotherly falling out that killed off Oasis.

But now he claims that Noel’s forthcoming solo album consists of retreads of tracks not fit for Oasis’ 2008 album Dig Out Your Soul.

He told Uncut magazine, “I've heard his fucking new record cos I fucking sung on half of it.”

Although the album has been under wraps and the brothers aren’t on speaking terms, he continued, “When I was in America for Dig Out Your Soul, he swiped some because he obviously knew he wanted to do a solo album. So he can talk all the bullshit about, ‘Oh, I was intimidated,’ and all that. Fucking nonsense. Behave. He knows. The people know. And I know."

Laim’s Beady Eye, with Oasis members Andy Bell and Gem Archer, will release their debut album Different Gear, Still Speeding on February 28.

There is no date set for Noel’s solo debut.
