Taking place 28 – 31 January 2015 at Kings Place & Cadogan Hall, the London A Cappella Festival returns to the capital with a jam-packed schedule featuring the top vocal talent of the a cappella world in a star-studded line-up of international headliners.
Presented by Grammy-winning vocal group The Swingles and Ikon Arts Management, the London A Cappella Festival has enjoyed unprecedented success since its inception in 2009, running annually with sell-out performances, talks and workshops. With over 4500 visitors each year, the festival is now a staple in the a cappella calendar and has grown to become one of the country’s most-loved and eagerly awaited celebrations of vocal talent.
Highlights in January’s festival will include cornerstones of British vocal harmony The King’s Singers, YouTube phenomenon Accent and America’s hottest vocal talent Straight No Chaser - as well as festival co-hosts The Swingles with their latest album ‘Deep End’. In addition, the schedule will include blistering pop beats from Singaporean stars MICappella, the Finnish voices of Club For Five, enchanting song from Irish group Anúna, and Canada’s top young voices Countermeasure - giving this year’s festival a truly global feel.
The festival will also feature a series of workshops led by industry experts, free pop-up events and foyer shows from some of the rising stars of a cappella, offering an unrivalled opportunity for music lovers from across the country and beyond to experience and get involved in the very best of the vocal world.
